An established and highly reputable recruitment organisation that possesses a strong and enviable brand within the healthcare market.  Working closely with the NHS and private sector, our client appreciates the need for an innovative and focused approach to deliver quality recruitment solutions in a highly competitive market.  In 2010 the business is poised for substantial growth within the Healthcare sector and as such they are seeking an experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant to generate new business within the Nursing division.

The Position

As a Recruitment Consultant joining an established team, that successfully supplies medical professionals to the NHS and Private sector on a full time basis, you will be responsible for the recruitment process, offering recruitment solutions to clients & candidates, as well as regularly conducting interviews and attending client’s visits.    You will be responsible for driving new business, working closely with Senior HR and Nursing Managers to secure PSL agreements and volume based contracts.  You will have the full support and structure of a leading organisation to aid you in the role, well placed to reap the rewards available within a market that is not covered by the national framework.

The Successful Candidate

Will ideally possess an in-depth understanding of the full 360 recruitment cycle, as well as the requirements of working with healthcare professionals and the NHS.  A proven track record of permanent recruitment billing is also essential, together with an influencing approach that can adapt to working with all levels of hospital staffing within procurements hubs and trusts.    The successful candidate must also possess a passion for recruitment and commitment to service delivery that is second to none and in reward to hard work and financial achievements will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary, excellent commission structure and superb career development ( UK and Internationally) within an organisation that continually aims leads rather than follow.
