The Position

Reporting into the Regional Manager for Scotland this is an incredibly exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to further develop the Scottish social care market with the full support and planning of a specialist social care business. The position would involve extensive business development, candidate and client marketing, management of the full recruitment process and attending client visits.  The position also offers superb career development as the business expands.

The Successful Candidate

Would ideally possess knowledge of the Social Care market and a proven track record of achievement within recruitment.  The successful candidate must be tenacious, persistent and highly adept at generating new business as well possessing an understanding of compliance and the necessary requirements to operate a business.
