Opportunity to join a privately owned IT recruitment business that specialises within Interim Management and Executive Search positions.

The Job

Reporting into the NHS Team Manager you will be part of a rapidly expanding team that has achieved significant growth in the past 12 months.  You will be given a warm database of candidates to develop and network with the support and induction of a professional team. You will also be required to build strong working relationship with NHS clients, understanding the change within the sector and identifying new opportunities as they arise.  Ultimately you will be charged with building a desk that is financially successful, within an organisation that has exciting plan for growth.

The Person

Will ideally possess 3 years experience within the IT recruitment sector and be able to demonstrate a successful track record of business growth.  An understanding of how the NHS operates would be beneficial although experience of successful NHS recruitment would also be considered.  Overall the successful candidate must be articulate, persistent, proactive and grounded.  You must understand the importance of quality over quantity and be excited about the prospective opportunities available within this buoyant and challenging market.

The Package

Salary £20-25K

OTE £50K first year
