The Job

My client is looking for an IT Recruitment Consultant with full 360 recruitment experience to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for winning new business, building effective, long term client relationships and sourcing the best candidates on the market through a variety of different methods and techniques. My client is looking for experienced recruiters who can really contribute to the direction of the business and offer real job satisfaction and an environment where you views and contribution to the business is valued and encouraged.

The Person

You must have a thorough understanding of the full SDLC and a strong understanding of the IT industry and job market. You will have a particular focus already on either markets - Dynamics AX, Dynamics CRM, Dynamics GP, Dynamics NAV, Sage, ERP, SAP, Oracle MOSS/Sharepoint/.NET, with proved sales, business and leadership ability. You must be able to demonstrate a proven billing track record in this market place and have a self motivated, driven, tenacious approach and be hungry for further success. Ideally you will already have an established portfolio of clients and candidates to bring with you to your next role, you must be able to hit the ground running and pro-active and adept in developing effective new business relationships.

In return you will be offered a competitive basic salary plus 25% commission on all placements made. This is a great company who are looking to reward good work and success. A Bonus, car allowance, gym membership etc will also be offered as extra incentives as you prove your skills and ability

Having made impressive profits over the last 3 years the MD is looking to take the business to the next level by taking on a new team of experience IT recruitment consultants to concentrate in delivering Microsoft technology specialists. The company provide both contract and permanent resources to a number of MS Gold Partners and work with SME’s to Blue Chip companies. They cover the full SDLC delivering resources from IT Support & Engineers to Developers, Architects through to BA’s Project Manager and Directors.
