The Job

As a Recruitment Consultant managing the full recruitment life cycle you will be responsible for generating new business within the IT market throughout the North East.   As an instrumental member of a small but successful team you will be required to develop a desk from cold, build positive working relationships with clients and candidates as well as proactively attracting appropriately skilled new candidates.

The Person

Must possess a proven track record of achievement within recruitment and be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of working within the contract recruitment market (any sector).  You must enjoy recruitment for all the highs and lows, be passionate about business development and understand the opportunities available in the short and long term. The Company

Our client is a market leading multinational, multifaceted employment business with turnover in excess of 500M.  They span the UK with regional offices that deliver bespoke recruitment solutions to blue-chip and SME clients on a national basis.  Their IT division is currently undergoing a period of expansion and require a Senior Recruitment Consultant to develop the infrastructure/support and project management markets.

The Package

Salary £20-24K

OTE uncapped (realistic £60K)
