The Company

A privately owned, rapidly growing Accountancy and Finance recruitment company based in Manchester. The company have been established for over 8 years and have a team of highly successful consultants.

The Position

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for the placement of A & F professionals across the UK. Responsible for researching, understanding and developing your market you will adopt a proactive approach to source candidates, build excellent working relationships and identify vacancies, ultimately matching the two. In return, you will be rewarded with an excellent commission structure, quarterly incentives and a supportive working environment.

The Successful Candidate

Will be a true sales professional, experience from any recruitment sector will be considered as long as you have a hunger and desire to succeed. You will be enthusiastic, proactive and able to identify business opportunities to achieve results. You will also be an excellent communicator, able to establish rapport quickly and successfully operate within a fast paced sales environment.
