The Job

As a Recruitment Consultant focusing on both temporary and permanent nursing positions with both contracted and non contracted clients, you will be responsible for developing existing client & candidate relationships and developing new revenue streams. The Person

Will ideally possess 12 months public sector recruitment experience and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of achievement, although experience of an alternative temporary environment may also be considered.  Candidates must possess a can do attitude and the desire to be the best they can be, as well as demonstrating a good understanding of recruitment fundamentals and a genuine sales focus.  In return for hard work and continuous month on month billing, Recruitment Consultants are rewarded with an exceptional bonus system, internal and external training and the chance to develop their career within a branded organisation that is set to take the market by storm.
