The Position

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for building excellent candidate relationships, placing recruitment professionals into full time roles. You will work with clients to identify and understand their recruitment needs, managing and influencing the recruitment process every step of the way. Candidate networking, face to face interviews and client visits are all essential to the role however, being able to show a warm personality and passion for what you do, underpins every activity essential for success. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be a vital member of a successful team, where your contribution and ideas are highly valued.

The Successful Candidate

Must possess recruitment experience and understand the fundamental differences between recruitment sectors (temp versus perm).  You must enjoy recruitment for the highs and low, understanding the structure and discipline required to succeed. Proactivity, drive, lateral thinking and a conscientious approach are also qualities highly prized and in return Cody offers a competitive salary, excellent bonus structure and grown up working atmosphere.
