The Job

Reporting into Divisional Director, you will be responsible for driving sales as develop business knowledge of the medical locums market. This is a hands on billing position with full responsibility for candidate generation and control as well as business development. It is crucial that the successful candidate has an open minded approach and is able to strategically develop new opportunities for the division. You must have a full understanding of compliance procedures to ensure full service delivery to all clients

The Person

Must be a highly competent recruiter, able to demonstrate strong people skills. Ideally the successful candidate will come from a healthcare background, although experience of any fast paced temporary recruitment environment will be considered.   The successful candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic and passionate, as well as ambitious and committed to developing a business with huge potential.

The Package

The basic salary is highly competitive and dependant on experience; commission and benefits will be discussed at interview and there is significant opportunity for career development.
