The Company

An established independent provider of quality healthcare professionals into the NHS and private health sector, who has seen significant growth in the past 12 months.  Our client is looking to continue this growth organically and as such are seeking a number of dynamic and successful Recruitment Professionals to join the team.

The Position

As a Consultant you will be responsible for proactively managing a bank of nurses, offering permanent solutions and protecting margin throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities include:

·         Maintain regular contact with nurses, identifying their requirements, offering work accordingly and building lasting working relationships.  

·         Proactivley develop a database to attract new nurses.

·         Negotiating rates in line with client charge rates, always mindful on company margins and personal revenue

·         Manage the permanent recruitment process from offer to confirmation.

·         To comply with all company, statutory and quality policies and procedures

·         To effectively manage all complaints in line with company procedures.

·         To actively participate in team activities and contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Candidate

Will ideally possess experience of recruitment and understand the importance of positive working relationships within a competitive recruitment market.  Experience of permanent healthcare recruitment would be ideal however, the ability to demonstrate success within a fast paced, ever changing sales environment would also be considered.  The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, persuasive and able to constantly juggle all aspects of the recruitment process.  They must also relish the opportunity to work within a volume driven environment as well as appreciate the importance of compliance, an essential factor when dealing with the NHS.
