The Job

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for placing senior care staff info full time positions across the UK. Managing the whole recruitment process you will also be responsible for identifying client needs, managing candidate attraction, interviewing candidates and making client visits.  The position is changeable and highly rewarding.

The Person

The successful candidate will ideally possess social care recruitment experience however, a proven track record within any permanent recruitment environment would definitely be considered.   Other qualities essential to the role are proactivity, drive and ambition and a desire for financial success.
