The Position

An excellent opportunity to take the first step into recruitment for one of the most recognised and professional recruitment consultancies in the country. You will be responsible for recruiting Finance and Accountancy staff and placing them into Public Sector clients on a temporary basis. Working from a warm database you will speak to clients daily, continually building and developing relationships in order to create opportunities for the candidates.

You will be undertake some of the best training and development in the industry and will learn from some of the best in the business!!

You will have excellent opportunities for progression and the opportunity to build a team around you.

The Successful Candidate

• Ideally of graduate calibre with significant experience within the sales industry.
• Background in Telesales, Cold Calling, Door to Door or Business to Business Sales or Estate Agency experience would be advantageous
• Must have an excellent sales ability and be able to close a deal at all levels
• Confident in speaking to people both over the phone and face to face
• Not be afraid of picking up the telephone to win new business and develop relationships.
• Must have a current, full UK driving licence
