The Company

My Client is a well established, successful, yet small company, looking to expand on their successes, so far.  They supply Trades & Labour construction workers, across the North West and Yorkshire.  They pride themselves on their thorough, yet friendly approach.

The Position

Your role will be a full 360 degree role.  You will be taking on a warm desk, but will still be expected to win new business, whilst your account management skills will mean that established business continues to grow.  Your experience of dealing with and supplying trades & Labour staff, will enable you to hit the ground running.

The Successful Candidate

You will already be an experienced Recruitment Consultant, ( at least 12 months experience), within Construction recruitment.

Have an excellent provable work history, along with the ambition and drive to be successful.  Be able to work without constant supervision and directions and take pride in everything you do.  Also have a full UK Driving licence.
