The Position

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be required to provide quality focused recruitment solutions to contracted clients across the region:

Responsibilities include:

• Temporary placement of social care professionals to contracted clients, developing client and candidate relationships and developing the candidate database
• Achievement of KPI and weekly sales targets
• Maximising new business opportunities and develop understanding of the tender process
• Contribute to marketing strategies to increase client awareness and candidate generation
• Accurate record keeping and management information
• Adhere to necessary compliance and legislation

Face to face candidate interview and registration, occasional client visits.

The Successful Candidate

Will ideally possess experience of the social care recruitment sector although experienced recruiters seeking a new challenge and possess a genuine interest in social care would also be considered.  You should be an excellent communicator with an eye for detail, able to identify new business opportunities and always displaying a proactive approach.  The ability to build excellent working relationships and meet business targets is also essential and in return you will join an establishe3d team within a highly successful business reaping the rewards for your hard work and financial achievements.
