The Job

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle of nursing candidates who work within the NHS, Private and Corporate sectors on a temporary basis.  The position involves a split between PASA National Contracts and new business, however, this is still a new business role where proactivity is at the core.  The Recruitment Consultant position is a 360 role, fast paced, varied and requires a genuine talent for lateral thinking and sales, always striving to achieve financial targets, continued candidate attraction and adherence to necessary compliance..

The Person

Would ideally possess at least 12 months public sector recruitment experience and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of achievement, although experience of an alternative temporary environment may also be considered.  Candidates must possess a can do attitude and the desire to be the best they can be, as well as demonstrating a good understanding of recruitment fundamentals and a genuine sales focus.  In return for hard work and continuous month on month billing, Recruitment Consultants are rewarded with an exceptional bonus system, internal and external training and the chance to develop their career within a branded organisation that is set to take the market by storm
