An established recruitment agency that provide nursing and healthcare professionals to public and private sectors is looking for a recruitment consultant to join them.

The Job

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle of nursing candidates working within the NHS, Private and Corporate sectors on a temporary basis.  The position involves a split between PASA National Contracts and new business, however this is still a new business role where proactivity and business development is at the core.

You will have the support and backing of an established brand within the market however, adhering to necessary compliance and candidate attraction will be your responsibility, fully utilising all recruitment channels available.  

The Person

Will be a skilled recruiter with a proven track record within the Nursing sector, highly adept at building effective working relationships, with a professional sales technique. As the successful candidate you must possess a thorough understanding of nursing recruitment and associated administration, highly capable at business development and always able to identify a new business opportunity.  The ideal candidate should also have knowledge of CQC and the PASA framework.
