The Position

As a Recruitment Consultant that specialises within the mental health sector, you will be required to provide recruitment solutions to contracted clients and candidates within the public sector.

Responsibilities include:

• Daily/Weekly contact with clients & candidates to maintain, develop and establish long term working relationships (face to face and via the telephone).
• Candidate generation through company brand, networking and ad hoc candidate attraction campaigns
• Negotiating pay rates and margin to increase individual & team revenue
• Increase the number of temporary positions given by client and the number of doctors out working in UK Hospitals.
• To comply with all company, client and statutory polices and procedures.
• Maximise business opportunities through the identification of individual client and candidate requirements
• Provide management information to clients and senior managers, to continually improve service delivery and company performance.
• Build excellent working relationships with colleagues to achieve business objectives and achieve financial targets.

The Successful Candidate

Will ideally possess recruitment experience and understand the intricacies of working with the NHS although an experienced Consultant, from another sector, who is looking for a challenging new role should also apply. This is a proactive and sales driven role that demands a high level of communication, a strong team spirit and a tenacious, persuasive nature. Amazing multi tasking abilities and the ability think outside of the box are also skills highly prized and in return you will be part of a highly successful team, reaping the rewards and building a successful career.
