The Job

As a Recruitment Consultant within the GP Team you will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment process, placing General Practioners into short term locum positions throughout the UK.  You will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients and candidates, as well as delivering new business to increase GP market share.  As a Recruitment Consultant you will be working with doctors who work locum shifts, the position therefore also encompasses, candidate bank management, administration and compliance. You will be part of a small team that is poised for significant growth and success, situated within an organisation that is fully able to provide all the necessary support to ensure you deliver results.

The Person

Would ideally possess a proven track record within temporary recruitment, although a successful consultant from any recruitment sector would certainly be considered.  The position requires a commercially astute and proactive individual who either understands how to work with the public sector or is seeking a public sector recruitment role as the next step in their career.  The successful candidate must be articulate, driven, team spirited and ready to make their mark within a highly profitable sector and in return you will be part of a highly successful team that offers excellent training, development and career growth.

The Package

Salary £18-27K
