The Company

An innovative independent Education Recruitment specialist that operates a network of regional branches and possesses an enviable reputation within the industry for the supply of highly competent teachers to schools across the UK. In the last 3 years they have achieved significant organic growth within a highly competitive market, primarily through a creative approach to recruitment and the calibre of people they employ.

The Position

Reporting into the Senior Operations Manager you will be responsible for protecting and developing an established desk that is highly profitable and covers the North West region.   Placing mainly secondary teachers into schools on both short and long term placements, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process, managing both clients and candidates, holding face to face interviews and client visits.  Compliance is also an important part of the role to ensure that quality permeates every aspect of the recruitment process, ultimately delivering the financial bottom line. This is a position where you will work independently but also be part of a successful team, working closely with the currently incumbent for full business handover and induction period.

The Successful Candidate

Will possess a proven track record of achievement within the recruitment sector or be a field sales specialist looking for a new challenge.   You must enjoy working to targets, demonstrate the ability to prioritise and identify new opportunities as well as hold excellent working relationships with clients.  Your communication skills will be first class and you will enjoying working in a fast paced environment that requires discipline and enthusiasm to succeed.

Branch opens from 7.30am to 5.30pm during term time with a shift system to ensure all business opportunities are seized, hours reduce during school holidays and 6 weeks leave is given, not to be taken in term time.
