The Job

A highly motivated and enthusiastic individual is now required to join a rapidly expanding independent Education Recruitment Specialist.

The Recruitment Consultant position involves generating new business with schools in the Yorkshire region, establishing positive working relationships with clients and teachers, managing the recruitment process, working to KPI’s and interviewing teachers face to face. In addition to these duties the role also involves adhering to compliancy requirements, the continual development of market knowledge and the proactive management of both teacher recruitment and school marketing campaigns.

The Person

To be successful in this role you must be driven, proactive, creative and possess the desire to succeed, both individually and as part of a team. Recruitment experience within the Education sector would be ideal however, experience of any recruitment market would certainly be considered. The ability to work to targets, develop business and demonstrate a positive outgoing nature is fundamental to the role. The flexibility to work shifts of 7.30am to 4pm and 9am to 5.30pm during term time is also essential, reduced hours apply during school holidays
