The Company

Established for 20 years, this well recognised brand have a small network of offices throughout Yorkshire and Lancashire and cover  a variety of sectors including Industrial, Commercial, Driving and Technical recruitment with an excellent reputation.  Due to organic growth, they are now looking to expand and require enthusiastic and sales focused individuals to join the team at this exciting time.

The Position

You will start with a warm desk where there will be a small amount of business for you to build on.  You will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment cycle from contacting and winning business from new clients to searching and final placement of the candidates.  You will match candidates to client vacancies and do your best to ensure the process runs smoothly and closing the deal at the end of the process.

You will create and develop relationships with new clients whilst servicing and maintaining an excellent service to existing clients.

The Successful Candidate

Experience of working within a recruitment environment would be preferred, however candidates with significant Sales experience with an excellent track record of success will also be considered.

Must be a confident communicator and have the ability to deal with candidates and clients both face to face and over the telephone.

Must have an excellent sales ability and be able to close a deal at all levels.

Must have a current full UK Driving License
