The Position

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle of nursing and care candidates working within the NHS, Private and Corporate sectors on a temporary basis.  The position involves a split between PASA National Contracts and new business, this is a new business role where proactivity and business development is pivotal to success.

You will have the support and backing of a well regarded brand within the market however, adhering to necessary compliance and candidate attraction will be your responsibility, fully utilising all recruitment channels available.  

The Successful Candidate

Will be a skilled recruiter with a proven track record within a relevant healthcare sector, highly adept at building effective working relationships, with a professional sales technique. You must possess a thorough understanding of healthcare recruitment and associated administration, highly capable at business development and always able to identify a new business opportunity.  The ideal candidate should also have knowledge of CQC and the PASA framework.
