The Position

As a Recruitment Consultant based in the Norwich office you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle within the unqualified social care sector.  The desk is established, generating critical revenue for the branch however, new business is a key focus as there is so much potential available within the market and geographical area. As Recruitment Consultant you will need to build excellent working relationships with both clients and candidates, always proactive and mindful of compliance, whilst striving to achieve financial targets.

The Successful Candidate

Would ideally possess knowledge of the Social care market although a proven track record of achievement within another temporary recruitment sector would certainly be considered.  The successful candidate must be tenacious, persistent and highly adept at generating new business as well possessing an understanding of compliance and the ability to develop positive working relationships through a human approach.  You must also be hard working and a true team player and in return you will be offered a competitive basic salary, team based commission scheme continued career development.
