The Company

Our client is a leading Health & Care recruitment provider with offices located throughout the UK. Their success is founded on the delivery of quality staffing solutions and the continuous development of the people they employ. As a company they are at the forefront of their sector and due to rapid expansion and a buoyant market they are seeking a Medical Recruitment Co-ordinator to be part of the GP team.

The Position

This exciting new position has been created to drive new business within the GP recruitment sector.  This is a managed services role that requires organisation, co-ordination and the ability to influence and softly sell to GP’s and GP surgeries. 

Responsibilities will include:

·          Co-ordinate and manage GP rota’s in line with contractual and financial requirements

·          Managing a bank of full time GP’s ensuring workloads are fulfilled and contractual obligations met

·          Market research for new recruitment channels, constantly sourcing new doctors.

·          Administration, maintaining files in line with contractual and national legislation as well as dealing with payroll and Hr queries

·          Working closely with colleagues to increase market share, identifying new business opportunities to achieve company objectives

·          Building positive working relationships with new and contracted clients

·          Contract implementation and project management

The Successful Candidate

Will ideally possess medical or healthcare Recruitment experience and be seeking an interesting new challenge although alternative recruitment experience with a genuine interest in healthcare would certainly be considered. This role takes recruitment in a different direction so the ability to organise and prioritise are just as important as communication and influencing skills. You must also be highly effective at using packages such as Excel and be able to problem solve and multitask to get the job done.
