The Job

As part of strategic expansion a Branch Manager is required to manage contract implementation, candidate attraction and deliver appropriate compliance, necessary for contract and legislative policy. The position requires a strong team leader who drives business forward managing a small team of consultants who must achieve results. This is a position that will continually evolve offering an exciting opportunity to mix clinical knowledge and commercial acumen, ultimately making a genuine difference to all stakeholders concerned.

The Person

Must be a qualified RGN who either possesses strong business acumen and the desire to work within the recruitment sector or, is already experienced in leading a social care recruitment team and is seeking an exciting new challenge. An interest in mental health would also be beneficial however, a commitment to success and service delivery is certainly essential. The Branch Manager position requires excellent communication skills, a hands-on approach, lateral thinking and the ability to develop strong working relationships with candidates and clients across Scotland

The Package

  • Salary: £30-38K Dependant on experience
