The Job

They seek to recruit an experienced recruiter or researcher of graduate calibre with a sound understanding of the rudiments of successful and ethical recruitment. The successful candidate will manage candidate and client relationships competently to ensure that our client maintains and builds upon their reputation for exemplary service. You will also be required to represent he organisation at industry and networking events, input to tenders and proposals and write succinct and intelligent advertising and PR literature.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years recruitment experience gained within an agency environment or a minimum of two years in-house recruitment experience for an oil/gas/energy specialist. You be a graduate or of graduate calibre with strong verbal and written communication skills. Our client will provide ongoing coaching as well as fund workshop attendance but applicants without prior knowledge of the oil and gas sector should be prepared for a very steep learning curve.

The Package

Up to £45K plus generous commission scheme.
