The Job

As an Operational Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for integrating the marketing of different business units through effective brand management, planning and delivery of the operational marketing plan, to help achieve financial and strategic objectives across the business.

• To achieve these objectives and fulfil the marketing role you will be required to:
• Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver effective advertising campaigns and promotional material
• Ensure clear and consistent use of the company brand
• Manage company website content, reviewing site traffic and online functionality
• Overseas sourcing, co-ordination and analysis of all company events
• Manage relevant marketing budgets
• Continually manage and develop marketing information systems
• Overseas the co-ordination of contract activity, such as expressions of interest and tender responses, as well as ensure branded and consistent marketing messages.
• Work to continuous deadline and prioritise according to business needs.

The Person

Must be able to understand fundamental marketing principles and will ideally possesses 12-24 months experience within an operational marketing role. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely is also essential to performance, as this position sits highly visible within the businesses it supports. Experience of positive working relationships with marketing agencies and a proven track record in on and off line marketing techniques is also a necessity, as well a creative personality that contributes ideas to an constantly evolving market. This position is fast paced, exciting and a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced marketer who is seeking a new challenge or a marketing junior who is looking for their first fully responsible role.
