The Job

Reporting into the Managing Director and working closely with the Senior Management team, the Nursing Team Manager will be responsible for managing the sales operation across the Off Contract Nursing division, to ensure budgets are achieved and all team members are performing. This is a position where training, staff development, performance management and an open minded approach are crucial factors in day to day activity, although strategic business development would also form part of the role. The Team Manager must also understand compliance and associated administration although the initial function would be to transform company culture, in order to compete and succeed within this competitive recruitment market.

The Person

Must be able to demonstrate strong people management skills within nursing recruitment and possess a proven track record achievement within the sector. The successful candidate must able to lead from the front, performance manage and ideally come from a nursing recruitment background although experienced of working within an associated healthcare sector would also be considered. The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic and passionate about recruitment, understand the business opportunities available within the healthcare market as well as being an excellent communicator who committed to fulfilling their role. This client is currently undergoing a period of expansion and internal change therefore, requiring a commercially astute Nursing Team Manager to run an incredibly profitable team.
