Northern Regional Manager Home Care 40-55K Car and Commission

Reporting into the Operations Director you will be responsible for managing a geographical network of branches throughout the North East & Cumbria. The Job

Main Responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering individual branch business plans across

the region.

• Delivering excellence across the branch network using quality audit

assessment tools to ensure company, CSCI and contractual compliance

• To ensure strong working relationships with internal colleagues,

social services and the Board

• To contribute to the new business tender process, attending

presentations and providing colleague support

• Overall responsibility for complaints within the region

• To train, develop and performances manage direct reports to

encourage individuals to be the best they can be.

The Person

The successful candidate must possess in-depth social/domiciliary care knowledge within a recruitment environment and be experienced in managing staff across a multi-site network. Experience of strategic business planning and delivering business growth is also essential, as well as understanding associated compliance. This position may suit an experienced Branch Manager who is seeking the next step in their career or an experienced Regional manager who is seeking a new challenge. Regardless of position the ability to demonstrate strong leadership, high level influencing and negotiation skills are fundamental to the position as well as an enthusiastic demeanour and desire to grow with a business that has not yet reached its full potential.
