Exciting opportunity to join an established independent provider of recruitment solutions within the Engineering, Construction and Energy markets, currently turning over circa £10 Million per annum.

The Job

As the Managing Consultant you will be responsible for a team of 2, predominately responsible for Key Account maximisation and the brief to broaden the specialist positions being filled. The position requires a proactive approach to candidate attraction, the ability to identify new business and the skill to lead and develop a team who are responsible for their own vertical markets. The Managing Consultant will also be required to attend client visits and contribute to monthly revenue, working closely with colleagues to deliver financial results and achieve overall business objectives. 

The Person

Must possess extensive experience of working within Technical, Construction or Oil & Gas focused recruitment environments, be able to expand client accounts, as well as coach, develop and train to enhance individual Consultant results.  A proven track record of personal billing is also essential, together with a passion for recruitment and understanding of how to succeed.  The successful candidate must also possess excellent communication skills, a team focused approach and tenacious nature as this role offers a huge opportunity to develop one careers, whether you are seeking a new challenge or looking to take the next step in your Recruitment Career.
