The Job

Responsible for representing a market leading healthcare organisation the Branch Manager is responsible for managing the health & social care business within the Surrey region.  Working with clients that operate within both private and public sectors, the Branch Manager must drive business forward through effective team management, financial planning, client development and adherence to compliance.

The Person

Would ideally possess a proven track record of achievement within health or social care recruitment, although experience within any temporary recruitment environment would certainly be considered. The successful candidate must either be experienced at leading a team or understand the fundamentals of recruitment branch management.  The position would suit an experienced Branch Manager who is seeking an exciting new challenge or an Acting Team Manager/Senior Consultant who is looking for the next step in their career.  The successful candidate must definitely possess enthusiasm, drive and passion for what they do, as well as being highly organised, able to problems solve and build positive working relationships with clients and candidates throughout  the region.
