The Job

Due to expansion our client is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join the team. The position focuses on public sector clients, driving a market leading brand and developing the temporary and interim business. As the temps Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for raising the company profile, managing the recruitment process, building relationships with clients, candidate generation and representing a professional organisation that continuously strives to deliver excellence in everything that they do.

The Person

Must possess a proven track record of achievement within recruitment and be able to demonstrate successful billing, good account management skills and a true team spirit. The successful candidate would ideally enjoy the challenge of business development, researching and plotting a market place to secure long term working relationships and possess a proactive nature with a strong work ethic.
