The Package

Will ideally possess in-depth knowledge of placing healthcare professionals into the NHS and understanding the complexities of working on the national framework, although a proven track record within an associated recruitment sector may also be considered.    The successful candidate must be team focused, full of enthusiasm, passionate about recruitment and driven to succeed.  This is an opportunity where a hungry individual can achieve great things as you will be supported by progressive organisation that has the necessary tools to allow all their employees to be the best they can be.  In return for commitment and financial achievements you will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary, competitive commission structure and superb career development within an organisation that continually aims leads rather than follow.

As a Recruitment Consultant joining an established team that successfully supplies Allied Healthcare Professionals to the NHS on contract, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process, offering recruitment solutions to clients & candidates, as well as regularly conducting interviews and attending client’s visits.    You will be responsible for, developing client relationships, driving new business and establishing positive working relationships with candidates who have a genuine need for locum work, you will also provide support in the acquisition of official documentation.   The position sits within a strong team environment that offers huge potential on an individual and team basis.
