The Position

As the Internal Resourcing Manager you will be responsible for progressing the resourcing programme, essential to continued business growth.  The position reports into the Senior Management Team and requires a commercially astute individual to promote the company brand and identify exceptional individuals to work across the expanding organisation.

Responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing candidates through a variety of recruitment channels, researching and understanding the market and associated trends
• Fully understand the business, the culture, objectives, key personnel and differences across the offices
• Build excellent working relationships with all colleagues
• Manage full recruitment process, conducting pre-screening interviews, advising and supporting Managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage suppliers PSL, associated costs and hold regular reviews
• Work closely with HR to understand employee succession planning
• Work closely with marketing to understand and promote the company brand
• Monitor & track all recruitment information
• Adhere to all company procedures

The Successful Candidate

Will fully understand the recruitment process, current employment law and the proactivity required to source, attract and recruit high calibre individuals that meet business requirements.  You may already be an Internal Recruiter seeking the next step in your career or be an experienced Recruitment Consultant committed to entering the Internal environment.  Regardless of experience you will ideally be CIPD qualified or in possession of an equivalent qualification, committed to candidate delivery and experienced in the ability to coach, interview, influence and negotiate to achieve desired results.  Excellent communication skills and a genuine enjoyment for what you do are also qualities highly prized and in return you will be employed by one of the most progressive and exciting recruitment companies in the UK.
