The Company

As part of strategic long term expansion, the Group Sales Director position has been created to significantly increase business performance, financial growth and deliver a exit strategy within 3 -5 years.

The Position

Reporting to the Board responsibilities will include

 

  • Development of business growth and group sales strategy
  • Full P&L and annual budget responsibility
  • Cement business relationships at a senior level with new and existing clients, leading high value pitches
  • Operational management of sales and non sales functions for multiple recruitment businesses
  • Development of individual company brands through marketing and PR activities
  • Employee attraction, retention and development strategy

The Successful Candidate

Will be experienced in reporting to the board; possess significant knowledge and a pedigree within the IT recruitment sector.  The successful candidate must also demonstrate an impressive track record of multimillion £ business growth within an IT focused recruitment company, commercially and financially astute with substantial experience of managing P&L.  You will also be highly adept a growing, leading and managing multiple teams, able to inspire and motivate employees at all levels. Immediately adding value to a highly reputable business with huge potential for growth.
