The Company

The Position

As Contract Manager for the East Midlands you will be home based reporting to the Operations Director based in Manchester.  Responsibilities will include:

• Operational and financial management of forensic medical contracts across the area
• Development and management of key client relationships, through regular client visits, contract review meetings and day to day telephone contact
• Overseeing staff rota’s and call volumes to ensure service delivery
• Conducting audits
• Collation of monthly management information and performance reports
• Remote line management of service delivery employees
• Regular travel across the midlands with some nights away from home.

The Successful Candidate

Will ideally possess healthcare knowledge of either prison or custodial managed services, although experience of managing other outsourced contracts would also be considered.   Successful candidates should be financially astute understanding the financial implications of contract management, able to manage people and possess an energetic demeanour that inspires colleagues and clients.  An analytical eye and understanding of the importance of adhering to quality focused procures, is also essential as service delivery is paramount within this complex healthcare environment.
