The Position

Key responsibilities for this position include:

·         To work closely with the team, screening, sourcing, identifying candidates who meet client needs, ensuring candidate compliance throughout the process.

·         To meet UK and International legislation, ensuring eligibility to work in the UK.

·         To develop the candidate database, utilising a broad range of candidate attraction techniques, with possible travel abroad.

·         Liaising with non UK candidates, arranging travel, necessary paperwork and providing support to ensure candidates arrive in the UK safely and on time.

·         To actively participate as part of the healthcare team, improving communication and processes to ultimately help increase team performance.

The Successful Candidate

Would ideally possess some experience of the healthcare recruitment compliance although knowledge of associated legislation and candidate RTW from another environment would also be considered.  The successful candidate must certainly be a strong communicator with excellent organisational skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.  Being able to plan and project management to meet deadlines is also essential together with a proactive demeanour and genuine team spirit.
