The Position

As a compliance office you will support the team in the sourcing of legislative documents, responsibilities will include:

 

  • Fully understand and adhere to the compliance requirements for the PASA national framework.
  • Fully understand and adhere to company policies and procedure in the supply of temporary candidates
  • Attain candidate documentation to ensure fully compliant and up to date files (electronic and paper based)
  • Constantly liaising with candidates, explaining the need for legislation and the urgency required to meet business needs.
  • Support the team with all administrative duties to achieve best practice, a quality focus and ultimately improve sales.

The Successful Candidate

Must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, PC and organisational skills within a team based environment. Will ideally come from a Recruitment Company background, understanding the need to be urgent and thriving within a fast paced, continuously changing environment.
