The Company

A multinational health and social care recruitment provider with T/O in excess of £120Million boasting a national office network that ensures service delivery and a competitive edge through dedicated recruitment teams.  A chosen supplier to the NHS, branded, progressive and a natural choice for healthcare professionals everywhere.

The Position

As a Client Facing Recruitment Consultant with a focus on new business within the medical locums market, you will be required to provide recruitment solutions to clients within public and private sectors.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Daily/Weekly contact with hospitals to maintain, develop and establish long term working relationships (face to face and via the telephone).
  • Negotiating pay rates and margin to increase team revenue
  • Increase the number of temporary and permanent positions given by clients, working closely with Recruitment Consultants to improve fill rates.
  • Monitor the quality of candidates supplied, ensuring adherence to contracted client requirements and procedures.
  • Maximise business opportunities through the identification of individual client needs
  • Provide management information to clients and senior managers to continually improve service delivery and company performance.
  • Build excellent working relationships with colleagues to achieve business objectives and achieve financial targets.

The Successful Candidate

Will  possess experience of working within the medical locums sector and understand the intricacies of supplying temporary staff to the NHS, although an experienced Consultant, from another healthcare recruitment sector, who is looking for a client focused/Account Management role should also apply.  This is a proactive and sales driven role that demands a high level of communication, a strong team spirit and a tenacious, persuasive nature.  Amazing multi tasking abilities and the ability think outside of the box are also skills highly prized and in return you will be part of a highly successful team, reaping the rewards and building a successful career.
