The Job

As a Client Facing Recruitment Consultant you will be required to provide recruitment solutions to mainly contracted clients within the public sector.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Daily/Weekly contact with clients to maintain, develop and establish long term working relationships.
  • Increase the number of temporary positions given to the client, working closely with Recruitment Consultants to improve fill rates.
  • Monitor the quality of candidates supplied, ensuring adherence to contracted client requirements and procedures.
  • Maximise business opportunities through the identification of individual client needs
  • Provide management information to clients and senior managers to continually improve service delivery and company performance.
  • Build excellent working relationships with colleagues to achieve business objectives and meet client fill rates.

The Person

Will ideally possess a strong portfolio of achievement with recruitment experience and the desire to specialise within a client only facing role.  This is a proactive and sales driven role that demands a high level of communication skills, amazing multi tasking abilities and the ability to understand and fulfil client and candidate needs.
