The Position

Account Manager – 9 Month Contract to cover Maternity Leave

As the Account Manager for an international medical equipment company that spends of £250,000 per annum, you will be the main point of contact for this very lucrative client.  You will be charged with understanding the business needs, obtaining vacancies and sourcing candidates that specifically meet the vacancy brief; understanding what the client does, how it operates and the company culture to ensure you sell the proposition in a positive and genuine manner.  This is a non targeted role however, you must deliver to meet client expectations, providing continuous feedback as to how specific projects are being managed.

The Successful Candidate

Will ideally be of graduate calibre with a wealth of HR, in-house or hands on recruitment experience.  You will be able to demonstrate a client centric approach, a thorough understanding of the recruitment process and a creative ability to help you deliver innovative and effective recruitment strategies. In addition to these skills you will also be an excellent communicator, enthusiastic and great at multitasking, always able to exhibit a warm personality and good sense of humour.
