The Position:
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be required to build excellent working relationships, with Teachers, Secondary, Primary and SEN schools in the area. You will be responsible for managing the whole recruitment process, undertaking business development, candidate attraction campaigns and working in an incredibly structured manner to ensure the wide and varied work load is achieved within the working week. You will be a founding member of a brand new team, supported by a company with an established infrastructure, open and honest in their values and culture.
The Successful Candidate:
Ideally the successful candidate will already possess a proven track record in the Education Recruitment, although candidates who are looking to change sectors from another recruitment environment should also apply. To succeed in this role, candidates must be able to demonstrate, proactivity, performance, an articulate manner and genuine team spirit, as well as understanding recruitment fundamentals. Branch opens from 7.30am to 5.30pm during term time with a shift system to ensure all business opportunities are seized, hours reduce during school holidays and 6 weeks leave is given, not to be taken in term time.
Senior Recruitment Consultant

.The Position:
As part of planned growth the Senior Consultant opportunity has arisen to substantially expand the Executive Au Pair business. Based in the Skipton Office.
Responsibilities & accountabiliy’s will include:
- Oversee all day to day operational activity of the business with a view to exceeding budgets and potentially managing the activity of recruitment consultants.
- To source high quality candidates that match family requirements whilst delivering a high level of professional service.
- Achieve weekly/monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Ability to communicate and increase partnerships with key overseas agencies in order to source high quality candidates who are available to work within the Au Pair exchange programme in the UK
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams
- Regular & systematic contact with families and candidates to build relationships and optimise placements.
- Contacting initial prospects from online enquiries and other marketing activities.
- Management of candidate compliance and company website
- Provide early morning and evening office cover
- Financial management i.e. fee negotiations, candidates placements & invoicing
- Working closely with colleagues to grow the business, achieve targets and deadlines always mindful of the brand
The Successful Candidate:
You will possess a proven track record of achievement within Outbound Sales or Recruitment and be genuinely seeking an exciting new challenge. You must enjoy working to targets, demonstrate the ability to prioritise and identify new opportunities as well as be able to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with candidates & clients. Your verbal and written communication skills must be first class and you will enjoying working within a fast paced environment that requires flexibility and enthusiasm to succeed.

Contract Manager - Healthcare
The Business:

The Position:
As Contract Manager for the Welsh & West England region you will be home based, fully autonomous and report into the Operations Director.
Responsibilities will include:
- Operational and financial management of forensic medical contracts across the area
- Development and management of key client relationships, through regular client visits, contract review meetings and day to day telephone contact
- Overseeing staff rota’s and call volumes to ensure service delivery
- Conducting audits
- Collation of monthly management information and performance reports
- Remote line management of service delivery employees
- Regular travel across the region with some nights away from home.
The Successful Candidate:
Will ideally possess healthcare knowledge and experience of managing outsourced contracts. However, it is of more importance that any potential candidate be financially astute and understands the financial implications of contract management. You must be able to manage people and possess an energetic demeanour that inspires colleagues and clients. An analytical eye and an understanding of the importance of adhering to quality procedures is essential, as service delivery is paramount within this complex healthcare environment. Due to the nature of this sector and the responsibilities of this position there is an on call requirement to support colleagues during evening and weekend.
