The Job

Due to expansion and the development of an Independent Care Division this client requires Care Co-ordinators to work within the home care sector. Responsible for the design and implementation of home care packages and for identifying, attracting and recruiting suitable carers you will also utilise and build upon the existing database. Candidate relationships are at the heart of what the Care Co-ordinator does, understanding candidate needs and the ability to build rapport will distinguish you from the competition.

The Person

Will ideally possess a background in care either from a recruitment perspective or perhaps as a carer and have a working knowledge of Care Packages. Exposure to the NHS/Public sector is also advantageous. Commercial acumen, pro-activity and drive are the skills that are highly prized as well as being a true team player.
