The Company

An established business for over 20 years our client has achieved a reputation for quality and service delivery through the provision of cost effective recruitment solutions, always listening to their clients needs.

The Position

  • Proactively resourcing candidates for branch
  • Selecting and interviewing appropriately qualified and experienced candidates according to company recruitment policy and relevant legislation
  • Taking bookings from clients, allocating the most appropriate staff member, always ensuring that they have the relevant qualifications and experience
  • Ensuring that all records pertaining to candidates are completed and updated as required
  • To supervise care staff on placements; ensuring that they provide care in accordance with the Care Plan and that all care staff abide by company policies and procedures.
  • Candidate rota management
  • Ensuring all CRBs and Disclosures are completed in line with CQC regulations
  • General administration in line with staff payments, client records, candidate records and compliance.
  • Working as part of the team to provide on call cover during none office hours

The Successful Candidate

Will ideally possess Care Co-ordination experience or be a Senior Carer who is looking to change their career direction.  You must possess a genuine interest in the care sector and be a strong team player who is able to multi task and problem solve. You must also be an organised individual with a calm demeanour and a customer serviced approach understanding the importance of contract fulfilment and service delivery within this rewarding yet competitive sector.
