Exciting opportunity to join a privately owned health and care recruitment company recently as an approved supplier to the NHS for the provision of nursing staff.

The Company

A privately owned health and care recruitment company recently appointed as an approved supplier to the NHS for the provision of nursing staff.  Due to organic growth, new business wins and plans to expand the business across the North and Midlands this client is seeking a Candidate Attraction Manager to work with branches and implement candidate attraction campaigns to meet business needs and deliver business growth.

The Position

As the Candidate Attraction Manager your remit will be to develop and increase the company database, through proactive marketing and business development.  You will be required to attend open days, exhibitions and governing body meetings, travelling where necessary to promote the company brand.   You will be the face of the organisation, building relationships with regulatory bodies, association and company colleagues, constantly listening to their requirements and identifying skill shortages and needs.   You will also be responsible for creating and implementing innovative means of candidate attraction, identifying appropriate on and offline advertising campaigns and measuring results. You will have the full support and backing of an established business however, candidate attraction will be your responsibility, fully utilising all recruitment channels available.

The Successful Candidate

Will ideally possess a proven track record of achievement within healthcare recruitment and understand the intricacies of working and supplying nurses to the NHS.   The ideal candidate will be highly pro-active and enthusiastic, with a strong drive to succeed. You will also possess excellent communications skills, able to adapt to any situation, be confident yet approachable and prove yourself to be the ideal champion for the company brand.  In return for hard work and proven results you will be part of a rapidly growing team with exciting plans for the future, the position will evolve to meet business needs offering a unique opportunity to develop a position, reaping the rewards of your in-depth market knowledge and productivity.
