The Company

Our client is a  Consultancy operating within the financial services market that delivers the very best; challenging traditional methodologies, this business provides each client with a bespoke solution tailored to meet their specific needs and managing every aspect of the recruitment process. Through continued performance and client delivery, they have developed trusted working relationships, always delivering fast and efficient recruitment solutions with honesty and integrity. In line with ongoing investment, they are now looking to recruit a Business Unit Director to spearhead the development of a synergistic division. This role is of critical importance and the successful candidate will join a world-class team.

The Position

Reporting into the Managing Director and working closely with them you will be responsible for attracting senior Finance, Treasury and Corporate Strategy candidates at salaries ranging from £60,000 to £200,000 per annum.  The position is both client and candidate facing, identifying appropriately skilled individuals through effective networking; designing and implementing search strategies. In this new role your key remit will be to spearhead the Business Unit’s growth by driving performance across all measures, underpinned by firm but motivational leadership, in order for the business to attain pole position within the market.

The Successful Candidate

As well as technical knowledge, your personal approach will prove critical. The successful candidate will have the passion, drive and dedication required to consistently deliver results and inspire others to achieve. Your negotiating skills will be first class coupled with a natural ability to communicate complex matters in simple language. You will have demonstrable evidence of commercial awareness and will harbour a strong belief in practice values. We are looking for a brilliant mind to lead the team.
