The Company

The Position

Reporting to the Regional Director the Medical Locums Business Manager is responsible for all branch activities responsibilities include:

 

 

·                     Branch Management, motivating, leading and empowering the team through effective performance management to fill locums and achieve budgets.

·                     Driving sales and margin growth with the NHS whilst maintaining service levels and client relationships

·                     Keeping up to date with market and competitor activity

·                     Management of candidate attraction and recruitment campaigns

·                     Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with NHS contacts and locum doctors

·                     Ensuring branch compliance with quality policies, procedures and legislative requirements necessary to supply on the PASA

·                     Timely submission of routine company statistics and reports

The Successful Candidate

Will ideally possess a proven track record of achievement within medical locums and be experienced at leading and managing a team with demonstrable results.  You will appreciate the intricacies of supplying to the NHS and understand the balance of quality vs. sales to deliver revenue and achieve financial targets.  You will be passionate about recruitment, enjoy seeing your team develop and grow, recognising the opportunities available within the medical locums sector and leading by example to ensure all opportunities are seized.  In return for performance and successful team management you will receive a competitive salary, excellent commission and benefits package and the opportunity to develop your career within a market leading organisation.
