Fantastic Business Development opportunity within Social Care

The Position:

 As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for driving new business, selling the company service, instigating new tender applications and be the face of the organisation for all new business opportunities.  The Business Development Manager is a pivotal position within the organisation providing the vital link between the new business clients and the Recruitment Consultants who focus on operational delivery and contracted response. 

 

The Successful Candidate:

To be successful in this position the ideal candidate will ideally possess a proven sales track record within public sector recruitment, with experience of client presentations, tender response management and client visits.  Knowledge of social care recruitment and the associated compliance would also be beneficial however experience within related fields may also be considered. The Business Development Manager position also calls for a can do attitude, bags of enthusiasm and the ability to see the bigger picture as lateral thinking and a hunger for success are qualities vital to ensure the position succeeds.The successful candidate will also join a flourishing team and be part of a positive working environment. The salary is competitive and a creative bonus scheme has been implemented to financially reward hard work and achievements.
