The Job

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Branch Manager/ Senior Recruitment Consultant looking to make that next move to join a leading supply teacher recruitment business based in West London. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the position requires a strong recruitment professional who understands the fundamentals of temporary recruitment to join and lead a small team. Strong sales, business development and leading from the front are pivotal to the role, as well as being responsible for staff training, development and strategic business growth. The position also offers excellent career development as new positions will need to be created to support business expansion and market growth. To capitalise on all business opportunities, branch opens from 7.15am to 5.30pm weekdays, with breakfast provided. Salary is extremely competitive and annual leave is exceptional. Working hours are reduced during school holidays which does not affect basic pay.

The Person

Would ideally possess a proven track record of achievement within the education recruitment sector and either be experienced in leading a team or understand the fundamentals of branch management. The position would suit an experienced recruitment Branch Manager who is seeking an exciting new challenge or a Senior Consultant who is looking for the next step in their career. The successful candidate must definitely possess enthusiasm, drive and passion for what they do, as well as being highly organised, able to problems solve and build positive working relationships with clients and candidates throughout the region.
