The Position

Responsible for representing a market leading healthcare organisation the Branch Manager is responsible for managing the social & domiciliary care business within the North West. Working predominately with local councils, the Branch Manager must drive business forward through effective team management, financial planning, client development and adherence to compliance.

The Person

Would ideally possess a proven track record of achievement within health, social or domiciliary care recruitment, although experience within any social care setting would certainly be considered. The successful candidate must either be experienced at leading a team or understand the fundamentals of recruitment branch management. The position would suit an experienced Branch Manager who is seeking an exciting new challenge or an Acting Team Manager/Team Leader who is looking for the next step in their career. The successful candidate must definitely possess enthusiasm, drive and passion for what they do, as well as being highly organised, able to problems solve and build positive working relationships with clients and candidates throughout the region.

The Package

25K basic OTE 40K working hours 9am to 5pm 1 on call per week
